Parks & Rec Committee Gives Blessing to Fountain Plan
West Chester’s Parks and Recreation Committee voted 3-0 to officially support our plans to restore the Marshall Square Park fountain and surrounding area. Architects extraordinaire, Jeff Beitel (FMSP President) and Anne Walters (Vice President) deftly presented their detailed plans to the Committee.
