To Pay Online: Please complete and submit the Form. At the PayPal website, enter the TOTAL amount.

To pay by mail, see below.

  • After clicking Pay Now, you are transferred to PayPal’s website.
  • At their website, enter the TOTAL amount in the Item price: field and click Update. The Total is now $150.00.
  • For example: For two Progressive Plates tickets at $75/person, enter $150.00 at PayPal’s website. (Don’t enter $75.00—PayPal won’t multiply $75 by 2.)
